Cancellation Policy

At Whitby Dental Centre, we deeply value your scheduled appointments. Cancelling or missing an appointment without 24 hours’ notice can make it difficult for us to fill that slot. Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours before or miss an appointment, there will be a $50 late cancellation or failure-to-attend fee. This fee is intended to help cover the costs associated with the missed appointment. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
